Order Processing Time:

We aim to process all orders promptly. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed at our distribution centers. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Shipping Estimates:

We utilize a network of global warehouses to ensure your products are manufactured and shipped efficiently.

  • USA Standard Shipping: 5 - 10 Business Days

  • International Shipping: 7 - 15 Business Days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

 

Multiple Packages:

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages from different factory locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

 

Address Changes:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you need to make a change, please contact us at info@hospitalityworld.us immediately, within 12 hours of placing your order.
